Our InspirationChuck Meyers was more than a coach—he was a mentor, a teacher, and someone who showed up for his students and athletes every single day.
As a physical education teacher and coach at Lyons High School, he built relationships that lasted far beyond the classroom and the field. He believed in hard work, accountability, and having fun along the way.
This tournament is a way to honor his legacy and continue what mattered most to him—supporting young people as they take their next step in life.
Continuing His Legacy
All proceeds from the tournament go directly to the Chuck Meyers Memorial Scholarship.
Each year, the scholarship is awarded to a Lyons High School student-athlete who demonstrates leadership, character, and a commitment to their future—whether that’s college, trade school, or military service.
